Five countries, five separate offer pages

The seller runs a different offer page for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Picking your country on our page matters: it puts you on the page with the right currency, the right delivery estimate and the right terms for where you live. Ordering from another country's page can mean a longer wait, a different price or an order that cannot be shipped at all.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Both are shown at the seller's checkout before you confirm, and both depend on the pack size you choose and on where you live. Larger packs are the ones that usually carry free delivery. Read the line at the checkout rather than relying on this page, because the seller can change it at any time.

Customs, duty and import tax

• United Kingdom. If the parcel is dispatched from outside the UK, import VAT and possibly duty can be charged on arrival, along with a handling fee from the carrier.
• Canada. A parcel from outside Canada can attract GST or HST, duty and a customs handling fee from the carrier.
• Australia. GST applies to imported goods, and on larger consignments duty can apply too.
• New Zealand. GST is charged on imported goods, usually collected by the seller at the point of sale, and Customs can charge on larger orders.
• United States. Domestic orders carry no import charge. A parcel shipped from abroad can.

Any such charge is paid by the person receiving the parcel, and it is separate from what the seller charged. Ask the seller where the parcel is dispatched from if this matters to you.

Tracking, wrong address, parcel not arrived

All of it is handled by the seller. The tracking number comes in the seller's confirmation email, and only the seller can talk to the carrier, change an address or open a claim. This site has no visibility of any order.

When the box arrives

Check the label before you use it: the serving, the ingredients, the batch and the best before date are on the box, and the box is what counts, not what any web page says. If the packaging is damaged, or the seal is broken, do not use it and contact the seller straight away.
