Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This page explains what akemishop.online does with data. The short version: this site has no login, no shopping basket, no newsletter and no form. It asks you for nothing and stores no account.
What this site collects
- Nothing you type. There is no form on this site.
- Ordinary server records. Like any website, the hosting provider logs requests: IP address, time, page, browser and operating system. These are technical records kept for security and for counting visits.
- Measurement of advertising. Visitors usually arrive from an ad. A measurement script records that a visit happened, which ad it came from and whether a button was clicked, so that an ad can be judged worth paying for. It is about the visit, not about the person.
We never see your name, your address, your email or your card. Those are typed on the seller's own site, under the seller's own privacy policy, which you should read there before ordering.
Cookies
This site sets no cookie of its own for advertising or profiling. Cookies may be set by the seller's site once you have moved over to it, and by the advertising platform that brought you here. Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings.
Who the data reaches
- The hosting provider, which runs the server
- The advertising platform, for measuring the ad that brought you
- Nobody else. Nothing is sold and nothing is traded.
Your rights, wherever you live
| Country | Law and regulator |
|---|---|
| United States | State privacy laws such as those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah. You may ask what is held, ask for deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. |
| Canada | PIPEDA. Complaints go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). |
| United Kingdom | UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Complaints go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). |
| Australia | Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Complaints go to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au). |
| New Zealand | Privacy Act 2020. Complaints go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). |
To exercise any of these against this site, write to lzb.drmkt@gmail.com. Bear in mind that the data we hold is limited to the server records above, so in most cases there is very little to show. A request about an order has to go to the seller, because the order data is theirs.
How long records are kept
Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider and then overwritten. Advertising measurement is kept by the advertising platform under its own retention rules.
Children
This site is not directed at children and the product is not for anyone under 18.
